My husband bought me a beautiful ring and necklace set. I personally love rubies, and hadn’t found that one ring that makes you gasp, until we walked in the store and out of curiosity I asked them if they had any rubies. The guy (who was very nice, BTW) showed me the set, and I loved it! The stone featured a beautiful cut and the piece wasn’t too “over-the-top” it was just perfect! Surprisingly enough, the guy didn’t seem like just another salesman, he was very polite and kind.

We were there for the Christmas holidays, spent a couple of weeks at the resort and were lucky to find Fini within the hotel! It was great because I got a beautiful ring and bracelet from their Mexican silver collection (I had been searching for pieces similar to these beforehand) and simply loved it! They adjusted both the ring and bracelet to my finger and the service was awesome!

Beautiful topaz at FINI Jewelry
We stayed for five nights at the resort, and everything was incredible. Right before leaving, we browsed around the Fini store in the hotel, and I came across this beautiful topaz ring… I just had to have it! I asked to try it, and it was perfect fit from the start. The guy who was assisting us was very kind, made a couple of jokes and friendly overall. He also told us about their renewal policy, which seems to be quite convenient (in case anything happens to it). Great experience overall.

Great experience at the Fini Jewelry
On our first night at the hotel, we noticed the jewelry store Fini. Now, I’m crazy for sparkly accessories and colors, so we decided to take a look. The guy there greeted us warmly and allowed us to browse without feeling pressured into buying or anything, which was cool. (we had already had a not-so-pleasant experience at the airport). After a while, some emerald pieces struck my eye, and I was very happy to find the entire set of it: the ring, the bracelet and pendant! I ended up buying it, and also bought my mother a ruby set (only the ring and pendant), and a beautiful blueish topaz ring. Very happy with my purchase, and the service was great too!

Great service, excellent purchase at Fini Jewelry
Me and my friends stayed for a total of 6 nights at the resort, and had a great time! The food the drinks everything was great. We had very little time to shop around for gifts, and having a jewelry store right there, was a thumbs up! At first I just wanted to buy a few pieces to take as little gifts, but actually ended up buying a great deal for myself. I found this gorgeous set of ring, pendant and bracelet with an emerald stone, I found a gorgeous blueish-purpleish ring which I loved for myself, and even a ruby set which was the ring and pendant. Loved every piece and can’t wait to wear it! The lady who assisted us was very nice and helpful. Very happy with the whole service.

Found the perfect ring at Fini Jewelry
My wife loves emeralds, and is always looking for jewelry with these green gems. When we first booked the trip, we had no idea there was a jewelry store at the hotel, and when we arrived at the resort and saw the store, she was extra pleased. On our first night, we went into the store, just to look around and she instantly fell for an emerald ring on display… We didn’t buy it then but later that evening I went back to the store and bought it for her, as a surprise. I gave it to her but it didn’t fit, so we went back to the store on the next day, and without any fuss, the man helped us with the correct fitting and it was all done on the same day! She was so happy with the ring! The service was excellent, she loved the ring and overall we had a pretty good experience at the store. Most important, no haggling! The also have a bunch of other gems and jewelry pieces, so we came back a third time to buy a few things to take back home, and again the service was pretty good.

We had a great experience at the FINI jewelry store at Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya in September 2016. We walked around the store one of our first days there and I spotted an adorable 14K sombrero pendant charm I LOVED. They were having a sale that week and also offered to do better than the asking prices. We looked in a few jewelry stores in Playa Del Carmen for one similar, assuming it would be marked up quite a bit in the resort and could find a better price elsewhere. However, none of the several others I saw were quite as nice as the first one. On the night of our dinner on the beach, my husband snuck off and bought it for me as a surprise! I love this perfect honeymoon souvenir and wear it often!
